Using a wholly collaborative approach, I'll work with you to identify your needs and put together a plan of action to support you in overcoming your stress. Together, our aim is to empower you with the tools and the skills you need to live a calmer, happier life.

One-to-One Therapy

How it works

I'm here because I've been through it and, I know, it's a shit place to be. Through a combination of traditional western therapeutic methods, and a few things I've picked up in my 20 years of practising Buddhism, we'll put together the best techniques that are going to work for you.

I usually advise we work together for 6 sessions. In that time, I'll listen to what you've got to say as we talk about how you're feeling and what the causes of your stresses are. Then, we'll design a plan of attack, to break down any unhelpful patterns of thinking or behaviours that aren't working in your best interests.

By the end, our goal is to for you to feel more empowered, more in control, and more able to manage the stresses and strains of your life.

Don't worry though, you're not going to be cast adrift at the end of our sessions and left to fend for yourself. I'll check in on you every month afterwards to see how you're getting on and if there's anything you need support with.

I'm also at the other end of a phone or email if you've been a client previously and want to talk through anything that you're finding challenging in the moment.
